The #Stability_Support_Unit held a political awareness raising session within the “Local Society in the Political and Constitutional Process” project, in the presence of representatives of youth groups in the city of Jarablus. The workshop focused on rights and freedoms, education, how to organize them in the constitution, and encouraging education in the pre- and post-university stages The most important rights and freedoms that the constitution must guarantee to citizens, and the guarantees that must be indicated in the constitution to ensure their respect and implementation were also discussed. Citizenship and national identity were also discussed and strengthened in the constitution, and compulsory education in the basic stage and encouraged by the state guaranteeing education at that stage by making it free or with symbolic wages. In the end, a discussion took place about research and scientific and intellectual creativity, and the necessity of encouraging it to advance the future state.
