The new draft constitution shall guarantee the promotion of a culture of human solidarity and a spirit of participation to eradicate poverty, and enshrine the principle of equal distribution of resources and shouldering burdens for the country’s development.

The new constitution Shall draft guarantee the state’s commitment to achieving social justice and providing means of social solidarity in a manner that guarantees a decent life for all and its commitment to achieving equal opportunities for all female and male citizens without discrimination.
