International Youth Day
12 August 2022
Because young people are on the front lines of the struggle to build a better future for all;
and because they are the key element in any democratization and development, be it political, economic or social, and the most vital and influential segment of any society;
International Youth Day is celebrated annually on 12 August to bring youth issues to the attention of the international community, affirming the importance of youth as partners in the modern global community.
The draft constitution shall guarantee that the state will provide all necessary means to develop the capabilities of young people, stimulate their creative energies and talents, and qualify them to participate effectively in all political, economic, cultural, sports and creative fields, in addition, to provide the legal framework for this purpose. It shall also guarantee that the state ensures the formation of bodies concerned with the youth and qualifying, protecting and representing them effectively.
